I am in the middle of writing an iPhone game (classic SNES style top down RPG) at the moment but I think I can squeeze some time in to try and make the next set. Let me see what I can do :)

I still keep an eye here as I love seeing the comments but you are right about the lack of posts as I have been playing an inordinate amount of time playing terrafirmacraft as is late... But I digress. The pack that I used in these photos was the sphax texture pack. They are excellent and I personally love the sound pack as well.

The first thing I would check is to see if the mod has issues with other building containing the same blocks. If it does then it is an issue with the coding. The schematic I uploaded was generated using mcedit so it may be a formatting issue as well. I assume the Custom NPC mod allows you to create a schematic file somehow so perhaps you could load this build in with mcedit and then add the schematic to the mod using its own interface?

This is how I would approach the issue myself, hope it helps!

I would love to see the improvements you have for this build. I have been fairly dormant here because I have been slightly obsessed with TerraFirmaCraft and as such have not been playing vanilla in a while. To top it off my computer took a crap and I lost all of my in progress projects. Needless to say I was quite pissed lol.

But... If you have any improvements I would love to see them! Post a link in reply here and I will take a look :)

I thought about doing that but since this build was intended as a part of a larger village or to be tiled into caravans etc, I felt that having them included may limit map makers creativity.

Hachiseiko, thank you for such a kind comment! I am planning on building three more villages of increasing grandeur and with each I intend on offering them both piecemeal as well as prebuilt as an example as well.

Hopefully you find these as well as other builds of mine up to par as I have a bad habit of holding myself at a very high standard for any build I post. As such, I tend to be delayed in release. At the moment I am neck deep in building a small Egyptian tomb dungeon but the 5 piston extender I need for some of the doors are posing a bit of an issue and my historic build has lost some interest for now so maybe I will begin on the next part of this series...

I am currently using Pure BDcraft from Sphax. (http://bdcraft.net/) I find it to be a nice pack to look at and very well polished. I also have on occasion used the conquest pack from time to time but it is occasionally a bit taxing to look at unfortunately. As for the ADDed benefit of multitasking... I never really thought of it that way :) It is sometimes bothersome when I am working on a project and my focus shifts to something else; but that is why my profile has an up to date list on the projects I am working on so I can let everyone know that I have not vanished from here lol. It also helps me keep track of what I am working on as my world list is a bit crazy now and again.

I am glad that you like this build :) I was thinking about using pistons but the view from underneath threw it off a bit so I didn't go that route. Gates seemed to work well without disturbing the floor so that is why I chose them here.in my Earthship build I recently posted I did use the piston table concept for counter space within the kitchen as that build does not have a basement. regarding the loft, I have always found something deeply appealing to lofts. I'm not quite sure why but I am glad it turned out this well here.
Better Large Loft House on February 19th, 2015 01:42 PM EST
I am glad this build fit your needs! I was pretty happy with how it turned out myself :) Did you find the secret place within the build? You would need to look around a bit to find it if your not as familiar with the original build. If you did let me know but don't say where it is! I would love for people to find it on their own! :)
TDM Labs (Upgraded) on February 16th, 2015 05:48 PM EST
Oops! I am so sorry about that! It appears that I should include a relative height to include this at, my apologies. I'm actually not sure as to how to input that because I'm not sure how the value should be presented. Should I mark this as -8 or just 8?

Thank you JogiLukas! I am actually working on several things at the same time right now which will be posted as they are completed. With the ADD that I suffer from, I find it difficult to work constantly on one project to completion so I will probably be uploading content in bursts like I did with this village project. Secondly, I am waiting for this community to provide me with feedback on all the segments of this village pack so I can take that feedback into consideration when building the next level of buildings for the Better Village Project.

If you wouldn't mind taking a look at the rest of the pieces and giving me solid feedback on them in the form of a rating and comment, I would very much appreciate it :)

This is a beautifully executed build! I would love to see you do an AT ST :)

Thank you :) I am very glad you like it and that I have found this site! I find building for this site and its user base to be very rewarding and plan on building more to share here. I have actually completed the Better Village Project but I still need to post it. Hope you enjoy the rest of the builds I have done and thank you again for your comment!

I am betting that this build looks much better in the texture pack but in default it isn't bad as is :) I thought the hanging staircase was particularly awesome in fact.
Evil Tower on February 3rd, 2015 09:29 PM EST
This tower is well planned out but I am not sure how it reflects herobrine specifically... perhaps something more specific in the build may help.
Herobrine's Tower on February 3rd, 2015 09:25 PM EST
The build is very nice but the issue I had with the build is that you were using specific coords for your command block /tp which did not match my map . I think that an update to a version which uses relative coords would be much better.
Magician Tower on February 3rd, 2015 09:23 PM EST
I very much like this build! it evokes visions of Japan and samurai. I loved the detail of this and especially the tunnel under the pagoda :)
Pagoda on February 3rd, 2015 09:19 PM EST
This build's style is very nice but your roofing could use some stairs :)
3 Tower's on February 3rd, 2015 09:12 PM EST
This build is amazing and well executed. I loved watching the movie and I found this highly reminiscent of the original.there were some glaring errors I had noticed regarding the build however; First, the garden levels are missing the Iconic golems and flowers, the build is far too dark to show the true atmosphere of the original and the crystal (although inventive) is far too small. perhaps disguising the beacon inside a larger stained glass structure may be better...
LAPUTA on February 3rd, 2015 08:52 PM EST
The crystal is the beacon in the bottom level.
LAPUTA on February 3rd, 2015 08:44 PM EST
This build is aesthetically beautiful from the outside but I think you should take some time and finish it off :)
Large unfinished Castle on February 3rd, 2015 08:38 PM EST
A better way to fix this issue is to simply use mcedit and use the replace tool to swap them to non-decaying leaves.
Giant Tree With a house on February 3rd, 2015 08:35 PM EST
I am glad you like it! Please, everyone who downloads this, let me know if you have any problems with the build and I will rectify it immediately for you. Also, I would also love to know how well it is working for all of you :)
Mining Refinery on February 1st, 2015 02:44 PM EST
I reviewed the build and I realized I forgot to include the item collection system for the last section. My apologies goldenshread. I will fix this and update the schematic immediately. I will also include a mining pattern with it so you may be able to see how this was intended to be mined :) the pattern will be a simple bmp stuck into the zip I will upload in the next few hours
Schematic #4800 on January 31st, 2015 08:05 PM EST
I am a huge fan of mazes and this one was definitely fun but I think it should include a bit more redstone trickery like pressure plates which change the layout of the floor below as you climb the tower :)
Tower Maze on January 30th, 2015 08:26 PM EST
This build shows a good level of attention to detail and does work well in certain settings. I unfortunately was in search of build I could re-purpose for the end and this one would not work well for me. It would serve very well for an Atlantis type city or some other similar build and for that I would highly recommend it :)
Water Palace on January 30th, 2015 08:23 PM EST
but how is this small?
Schematic #4680 on January 19th, 2015 07:23 PM EST
Would it be ok if I repost this fully furnished and including the new floor select-able elevator? I will of course credit you for the design and include a link here to the original :)
Futuristic Building on January 16th, 2015 05:48 PM EST
good design, although the penthouse and the executives offices could use a bit of furnishing and the elevator doesn't properly work in 1.8 I replaced the elevator with a woolyvator and it is working well now. I am also working on furnishing the upper two levels as well as a floor selection option for the woolyvator to allow you to ascend to a specific floor. The design is more than accommodating with space behind the elevator, thank you for that!
