This is the house which I can usually get built within 2-3 Minecraft days. it is simple but effective and proves to be a good jumping point to bigger and better builds. It features an auto-smelting furnace as well as a regular furnace you can use for cooking. It has plenty of storage for anything you would need to collect to build the next big thing on your server or single player world.
This build comes with one pen for cattle (four are already trapped inside), a custom oak tree in the front of the build and a moderately sized garden bed for planting some basic crops. (I have taken the courtesy of planting it with wheat to get you started)

| Nice, but for some reason the builder placed this on a massive ~8 block high platform it built first. Other than it being on a huge dais, it looks great! :) |

Oops! I am so sorry about that! It appears that I should include a relative height to include this at, my apologies. I'm actually not sure as to how to input that because I'm not sure how the value should be presented. Should I mark this as -8 or just 8? |

Thank you :) I am very glad you like it and that I have found this site! I find building for this site and its user base to be very rewarding and plan on building more to share here.
