Minecraft Enderman 1 Hit Farm - Super Fast XP

It still works perfectly in 1.21.3 but the endermite keeps disappearing from time to time. I have named it and all so I assume the endermen are killing it somehow but I'm not sure how to prevent it without affecting the efficiency of the farm

And there you have to read a spam advertisement "article", which doesn't even work, just to "unlock" a schematics file. 1. go to that website and look for the schematic (50-50 chance of actually finding it)
2. find out its a litematic schematic and since this garbage is only made for fabric I have to
3. install Litematica in a fabric world then load the schematic and save it
4. hope the final schematic will load correctly in my world..
