if it is a nbt file skip this go to https://bloxelizer.com/converter cselect file dexport new file as nbt single make a folder in your work called generated inside that make a folder called minecraft inside that make a folder called structures then put the file change all the spaces to _Underscores_ and copy stuff before .nbt go to that world get a structure block put name as the stuff in file before .nbt and make sure it is a load structure click load open it back up and click load again

You don't need to raise it because the spawning mechanics are already fully controlled in this design.
Are you looking to raise it for aesthetic reasons or to avoid other structures? If so, you can just add any number of blocks to the base.

I can say The farm works perfectly on 1.21.8, There is a few issues i ran into though but with some slight tweaks to the redstone (AND A ME SPECIFIC ISSUE WITH MINECARTS) It now works flawlessly, The Redstone issue i had is the Pistons wouldn't retract so It would craft the Ingots/Blocks instantly because of the sorter, SO what i did was i placed the observer on top of the other one and it now makes a infinite loop and removed the piston . I had to remove the redstone block as well on the nether pusher, because it's piston did not work as well but removing that seemed to fix it. and now onto my specific issue... I play with minecart improvements, SO I had to redesign the Hopper minecart system and add some glass blocks to it to make it functional, I hope this helps anyone who runs into these issues as well and I didn't run into the issue of overflow, because I haven't afk'd long enough to have the over flow issue I'm afking it while I sleep tonight to see if i have this issue.
