I built a few Enderman Mob Statues at both a 1 block : 1 pixel and a 1 block : 2 pixels scale. The poses are standing, holding a block, and sitting down.
I used these models to build an enderman stealing an 8x8 "dirt" cube with a villager house on top and bringing it back to the End dimension for further studies (see screenshots).
Feel free to download and use the statues however you like, but please give credit if you do :)
