I downloaded this, it is just over 3 million blocks (not including air blocks) and it is fantastic! Took my server about 1 minute to load in. (I have a 2 gig of ram bukkit server run on my iMac) This is definitely the best schem I have ever seen.

Hi tarabeasts I did the portals with a plugin called custum portals here's a link for it to bukkit, you will need to go in to config file and make so it only makes them at a size of 1x1 or what ever size suits your needs, http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/customportals/ enjoy
