Old harbor spawn // QbicGaming

I'm using Tekkit Classic pack. and when i try to spawn this is only spawns a 5~ wide rather long strip. Nothing else. any idea whats wrong?

Renders different than picture when pasted. All of the gray blocks are not there, just air where the gray blocks should be. Also takes 31 blocks high to be level with the ground on flat world. Nice work though and very creative!
