i know it spawns villagers :) this is not a problem , if u want u can break that spawner for u
i used sethbing's MCedit filters + my minecraft artistic simtsimt , i will upload more schematics...i hope u enjoy this

Nice looking for the exterior, but perhaps a place to improve this would be to add more detail on the inside of the 'mansion', the small details such as chairs, tables etc.

Love this addition to the Modern town, I love your build style. Modern builds in Minecraft with a nice texture pack can look amazing and this just resembles what can be achieved if done right.
