Very big and impressive looking structure. The scale is fascinating, and the details must be observed at a distance. I don't understand the sand between the pillars though, I would remove that.

Sorry to here your having trouble with it, i downloaded the schematic off of the site and loaded it up in a test world with success, commands intact and working.

maybe try to download it again, or check to see if command blocks are enabled
