It's an older build. Exported with MC-Edit. You can use Amulet Editor to import it into your world.

Yes, I make money on my builds. This one, some what. It's open pricing so it's really up to you, "if you" want to support my work or not. Some of my builds are pay walls.
I'm not doing anything illegal. I'm in full complience with Mojangs "Minecraft Commercial Usage Guidelines (HAND CRAFTED PRODUCTS)" and Minecraft Schematics as more free builds then paid builds.

As for what I do, you damn rights, I follow the guidlines when it comes to this. When it comes to open donation pricing, this is not a paid build. It's completly free, you just set your own number. It's all explained in the Privacy Policy on my website.
I don't sell maps or textures. Just Schematics & Worlds for Java Edition Only. 80% of my builds on my site are free.

Glitched stair states? This was designed on v1.12.2 and the schematic was made with MC-Edit v1
Sounds like you are using something else to import the build and that's what's causing the problem.

I saw a video on the copy and paste method. I find it primitive. But does work for now. Your walkway gave me a really good idea on a walking path for my spawn build. I'm impressed. Keep up the good work!

You will need PC Java Edition to view it through.
Personally, I would really wish for others to comment after when they get the builds so they can mention it to others it's legit.
I'm still trying to figure out a system to make someone do just that.

It "clearly states at the top right", (By donating below or by choosing any amount when downloading a Minecraft build. ) that means it's open pricing.

I'm eventually going to move. My upload speeds suck so moving the site at this time is not possible with its size. What's it's Hosting resources? I see that's another website that's hiding it for hosting Cpanel plans.
I see it's got Unlimited and Free for everything but the I/O, Ram, CPU and so on it hidden. Do you use shared? I know shared is slow and can have SEO issues if another sketchy site is using that IP too.

Dense. You can change the donation amount if you like. It doesn't need to be at $5 if you don't want to support my work. My site runs Wordpress with Woo-Commerce an "E-Commerce platform" and an open pricing system to give the user a choice of pricing from a default price of $5 or your own choice of more or less and including free "0", instead of serving just a paywall.
The is nothing dodgy and I'm extremely transparent with my site.

I used to put my creations on other sites and my content get's deleted. I don't trust any site to hold my files besides images.
It makes it more easy to update the file on 1 site then 3 others.
I'm sure you can spend 2 min to sign up on the site for something I gave out for free.
