Finally found the time to build another mob statue. This time I chose to create a Witch Mob Statue at a 1 pixel : 2 blocks scale.
I included two different versions of the witch: one with a solid purple concrete cloak and one with a more textured cloak. I couldn't decide which was the better choice, so now you have to :P
Feel free to download and use the statues however you like, but please give credit if you do :)
