Haven't done anything to the schematic. It's the way it gets imported. McEdit will sometimes flip blocks, always make sure to have the most update version. And next time don't get mad cuz it's something that McEdit did or how you imported it or for whatever reason.

A small error with the schematic, 3 block layers not copied at the back, which causes a small amount of water to spill, easy fix.

Chicken Farm+Cooker

ok. this one's slightly workin now. when i uploaded it last time i noticed the cooker dispenser wasn't facin the chickens. some reason now it is. idk if you fixed it or what. still dumps water out of the top of the back. i'm gonna upload again and see what's goin on there.... k the source block at he top keepin the chicken in the back half is exposed on the outside. when you flip the lever to send chickens down the pison blocks off that water and updates it which makes it pour all over the ground. workin good now.
