Schematic #70

Correct, WorldEdit is unable to paste sign text at current, though there are some DEV builds of WorldEdit which fix it. Alternatively, you can try something like MCEdit which does paste the text in fine.

Lost Yard

Well I looked and couldn't find anything..... I dismantled the garden block by block... so - what am I missing ? Who knows, guess you'll have to have a look for yourself... Not sure if anything is broken as such. I just couldn't figure it out.

Adams Family Mansion

Nice..... Very well done. The Adams family theme seems to flow throughout this design very well. Simple but cozy. Three levels and well set out.

9-buttons with light

Quite a good effort as far as redstone goes, I'm sure some hours went into this one. It does what it claims to do. Not bad as far as an example of redstone functionality goes, not sure how it can be incorporated into a "world though" but as a complex redstone example goes, this is a good one.

That has been happening with all the schematics I download too. I think its a WorldEdit problem with not saving sign text...

Modern House #13

It's an awesome house, but after a few minutes after spawning it, the whole place starts burning due to the fireplaces. I can't figure out how to stop it other than to remove all fire in the world.
