Endimmion is right.. its just a schematic.. something from minecraft, it isn't like a song or anything...It isen't okay to build something you found from youtube, Cause then you're taking credits for it.. ALWAYS remember to write in the description if it's something another person made, and you are sure that you can use it!

It's a schematic file.
When you're on you'r server you do like so:
#1. Drag the file in your server->plugins->worldedit->schematics.
#2. Ingame you type "//schematic load IcyArena".
#3. Then you stand somewhere and type "//paste".
