PS, if you get this schematic working have a look at my "Automated doors" there are a great start to any castle or large build.

Hi PhoenixGaming183,
I just did a reinstall of MC & Forge. I also downloaded this schematic from this website and loaded/pasted into a new 1.10.2 world. Added redstone as per above instructiona and vola a functioning drawbridge with all commands intact within the control blocks.
Forge version 1.10.2.18.3.2185
worldedit-forge-mc1.10.2-6.1.4-dist
