Hi
You can remove it if you follow these steps:
1. Check the video at 1:52 min
2. In front of you , you see the helpdesk
3. On the left side there's a yellow wall
4. Remove the wall and behind the wall, there are more blue blocks
5. Remove randomly the blue blocks till you see a redstone clock, destroy that
6. WATCH OUT! There's also the main redstone line of ALL THE LIGHTS!

I hope you understand that I can't know that it can causes problems to some signs using plugins.
Your pluging "thinks" that these symbols = & > stands for a special meaning or something.

BIG UPDATE ANOUNCEMENT
-The front exterior will be renovated (rebuilded). It's a bit ugly and I want to do something about that.
