Guys, I would recommend.. if you know how to... Have an NPC build this.

Settings for the Builder NPC
After setting /trait builder:

/builder build yoffset:0 layers:3
Keep his speed at 1 or 2

I've had an NPC running, setup like this. He is still building after about 2.5-3 days... This thing is huge!
But it is definitely well worth it! I love it!
