Schematic works fine, maybe a not for next time. Save the schematic from the ground instead of in the sky above the schem as most people save them from standing point. Or just note where it pastes from in the description :)
It's a nice and basic house but wouldn't take many resources to build yourself.

Nice looking for the exterior, but perhaps a place to improve this would be to add more detail on the inside of the 'mansion', the small details such as chairs, tables etc.

It's only cheating in survival if you use the spawners I add lol. but if you have a mob spawn in survival its easy to link them up together :P
