As you notice from the first picture,there is some furniture because we have 48 players living in the apartment complex in our server.When you place the schematics,the apartments are going to be completely empty,so you can furnish by your own taste.

You can clearly see,that the windows are made from ice from the pics.How do you prevent Ice melting is your own problem.The building looks great with ice.Next time use worldguard when using such schematics.
