Nothing much really. Everything works as is. But, one thing I would do is replace the pistons with command blocks on the bottom, teleport the players somewhere else. If its for a survival game, you don't really want people digging and building on top of each other. But it is a good building in itself. Everything works.

It is funny, I have only found 1 fortress in the nether in all my time playing minecraft. Lol.
