Sorry about responding 4 years later but this world should not be booted up as a schematic unless you have a beefy computer. Mine takes an hour and its pretty beefy.

If you are trying to load it into a world you may not be able to, you would have to put the world file into your saves. It's way too large to be loaded in with world edit unless you have like 32gb of ram, even then I'm not sure because I have 16gb and I cant load it like that. (//paste)
