How are you attempting to paste it? Via worldedit or litematica?

What do you mean by bugged? If you're using litematica to use the schematic, i suggest reloading chunks (f3+a) and it will make the missing areas come back, If you're using worldedit, i'm not too sure about that part.. If you paste it too high obviously the max build limit will cut it off, could you explain further about it being bugged? Thanks.
