This schematic was saved at the hpos2 point, which was around 18 blocks below sea level. SO keep in mind when loading, that teh water in the harbor will be significantly above sea level. I recommend saving a copy of you map, then taking note of your coords before pasting, then immediately /unstuck and look around the loaded town so you'll be able to readjust should you want to reload its ;P
