I'm afraid I don't have a schematic available. The build is pretty small, though, only 72-block volume.

UPDATE! The previous behavior of chicks always spawning in front of the dispenser has been restored as of 1.13-pre7. Although this design still works, the "classic" design (with a bottom-half slab in front of the dispenser) again works.
