And don't believe the number of blocks that world edit tells you is in a circle...it takes one quadrant and quadruples it, so the middle of each side is duplicated in it's calculations, so you have to subtract 4 from the number it gives you to find the real circumference.

A lot of the time spent was with the calculations. To have 120 archways, I had to make sure that the circumference of all rings was divisible by 120. I used excel to find a pattern, and extrapolated it to tell me all possible radii to that I can use to draw a circle whose circumference was divisible by any given number, in this case 120...
The difference in circumference for each 1 block increase in radius alternated between 4 and 8 like so: 8,4,8,4,4 and so on...BUT after ever three OR four iterations there's an extra 8,4 at the end...
I digress...long story short...maybe 60 hours...?
