Sorry if you did not like my schematic. Obviously, since it only took me a few minutes... You need to place a switch where it says "PLACE KEY HERE" to access the isolation cell. I have a great idea, if you dont like my schematic, MAKE YOUR OWN.

You can close the entrances to the cells, so they can not leave. I think this is the simplest solution ...
