If you want to paste it, you should stand on y:63 with your feet in water. But I would prefer to add the schematic with mcedit because of the size of the build.

You could load your map with MCEdit and paste the schematic file offline. Then upload the map again. That's what I did.

You can open a world with MCEdit and import the schematic. Or you import the schematic directly in game if you have worldedit installed with "//schematic load filename" and //paste. The file has to be saved in the schematic folder in your worldedit folder before.
