- The signal goes up by the water collum. At the bottom of the water collum there is a dispenser. Put a bucket in there.
At the top the observer is thrigered as soon as the elevator is stoped. This is done by a clock at the bottom when the snow golem stops shooting at the shulker (shulker died). The shulker is then replaced by the one waiting at the bottom and replaced bu one of the top.
Make sure there are some minecarts in the dispenser at the top. They get replaced but it can happen that some minecarts get shot by a bullet.
