Other's only show as "head" - these were provided in game by server Op so I am not sure on the others.
I posted an updated world download over at PlanetMinecraft that has more work completed, and includes entities that are not captured by the schematic.

Yes, there should be an item in the hoppers to make a clock to power the random redstone....but it does cause a bit of lag when running.

Phase5 is correct. This was built in vanilla 1.12. The hull is built of white concrete blocks and quartz for the domed sections.
An Enterprise hull made of "Smiley Clouds" sounds....interesting; a new form of cloaking device perhaps?
