Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. I redownloaded the schematic from here and pasted it into my server; it worked fine, I know I tested it before I uploaded. The only thing I can think of is that if you're using an earlier version of Minecraft (before the inclusion of concrete) it may not work. Otherwise it seems okay.
