a simple contraption with the following
x2 Sticky piston
x1 redstone block
x1 observer
simply place an activation signal to activate the piston holding the observer.
1st image: usage of creation to power a piston trapdoor
2nd image: when powered on once
3rd image: showing how a secret button can toggle the piston trapdoor without a lever, being more stealthy.
