Welcome to India! Chand Baori is a stepwell and one of the oldest and most attractive landmarks situated in the village of Abhaneri near Jaipur in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It was built by King Chanda of the Chauhan Dynasty between AD 800 and AD 900 and was dedicated to Hashat Mata, Goddess of Joy and Happiness upon completion. I built this with Red Sandstone to compliment my other design, The Hanging Gardens of Babylon (7 Ancient Wonders of the World), as they are almost next to each other in my world. This stepping wall sits pretty far underground and I have included a grass line to help with the high when placing it into your world (68 in my world). I been seeing some drop-offs with water (MCEDIT), so if the based does not contain a pool of water, you will have to add it back in. As always, I hope this will find a home in your world.
|Oh hey I been there before, but why red sandstone mate? It wasn't even orange at all.||

Actually, Redstone was NOT even on my color scope to build this, but as I tried to build the design with other blocks, I had trouble matching up the design. When I started build the 3rd side of the design, nothing matched up, so I started over, many times. With limited options, I was left with Sandstone or Red. The pictures that I saw made me want to build it. I knew I would get dinged on the voting because of the color/block choice. That is why I mentioned the color in the description, as I placed it in my world next to my “The Hanging Gardens of Babylon (7 Ancient Wonders of the World)” design. It would be nice if we could build stairs from every block that is in Minecraft (And we need ancient blocks as well or a nice mod to alter the block color).
