Huge hobbit inspired house, features a library dining hall, pub, toilets, storage, 2 kitchens plus more.
The schematic includes quite a bit of the surrounding landscape so it is recommended you paste it fairly low so it fits into your own landscaping, if you face north it will paste directly in front of you.
