This is my own rendition of the (in)famous Dutch Colonial house at 112 Ocean Avenue, in Amityville, L.I. NY.
It is 100% completed and furnished, from basement to 3rd floor rooms, and the boathouse.
It has been built following the blueprints and it should be as big as the real one, not too much, not too less. I chose the actual house colors but the layout it had in the late 70's. I didn't made the swimming pool because I thought it would ruin the overall look of the lot.
