New Saint Paul CIty Beta 3.0 [UPDATED]

[UPDATE 3.0] "The urbanization update"
New neighborhoods were created.
New buildings on Downtown.
The subway and train lines expanded a little bit.
New parks, squares and green areas.
New bridges over the rivers.
New avenues
New historical buildings
The most important about this update: some areas that still had lakes and didn't had streets, avenues and sidewalks were fixed.
