Modeled after an actual English garden maze planted by the 4th Earl of Stanthorpe between 1818 and 1830 at Chevening House in Kent.

Comes complete with pressure plate activated trap door in the center of the maze which leads to the obligatory secret passage below.
If you use it, I would be flattered if you credit me for modeling the maze for Minecraft. The trap door mechanism is admittedly not my design. Don't be a dork and claim the maze or mechanism as your own creation...that's so lame.
Jagthunder1's barn appears in the background of one of the screenshots (thanks!) The sails of a ship from Sillouete's awesome Napoleonic Era Ship Bundle appear in another shot (thanks!). I can't remember who's trap door design I used. If I could find the link to it, I certainly would give credit. It's a very clever design. Apologies.
Most of all, hope you have fun with it.
Kid tested, mother approved.

All this did was clear a big empty spot for me - no maze. |

My mistake - got this one confused with another maze schematic. This one works great! |
