Yes, there is a chest full of bonemeal that feeds into a dispenser. If you plant a sapling on the dirt patch it will be fertilized until it grows, then pushed out of the way for another sapling to be planted. If you fill the other dispenser with saplings you should be fed a constant supply of saplings.
