Description

A huge dark Gothic cathedral with needle spires, winged gargoyles with glowing eyes, spiked rooflines and red-orange stained glass. It sits in a haunted grounds of graveyard, dead trees and soul-fire lamps. The central spire is the tallest point.

Main blocks
Deepslate bricks, blackstone, deepslate tiles and polished blackstone bricks make up most of the stone
Cracked deepslate bricks, cobbled and polished deepslate, and tuff bricks add texture
Red, orange, purple and black stained glass for the windows
Soul lanterns, shroomlight (the gargoyles' eyes), dark oak and polished blackstone brick walls for detail
The grounds use coarse dirt, podzol, gravel and soul soil
Survival friendliness
Every block can be gathered or crafted in survival, with no creative-only blocks
Building it by hand isn't realistic: about 2.8 million blocks is roughly 44,000 stacks
Best used in a creative or showcase world, or pasted in with WorldEdit
The interior is enclosed and walkable, but it has no lighting or furniture beyond a few lanterns and pews, so mobs can spawn inside
