Pentagon Grand: a five-ring pentagonal complex with themed interiors
A large-scale, fully redesigned pentagon building for Litematica. It is a rebuilt and upscaled take on my earlier "Pentagon XL" schematic. The footprint is 540 × 52 × 545 blocks (about 2.6 million blocks), and the building is five storeys tall.
Structure
Five concentric pentagonal rings are separated by open garden courts, with a courtyard in the middle. Walls are quartz with tall glass window bays, quartz pillar mullions, and cornice ledges on every floor. Ten passages cross the rings: five main axes and five diagonals. On the ground floor they are columned arcades, and on the third floor they are glass sky bridges. Each of the five outer sides has a columned portico entrance with a stepped pediment.
Interiors: each floor has its own theme
Grand hall: checkerboard quartz and blackstone floor, red and gold carpet runner, quartz columns, benches and potted plants.
Library: dark oak and spruce parquet, bookshelf walls, reading tables with chairs, blue runner.
Gallery: sculpture pedestals down the centre and colourful concrete and terracotta "paintings" framed on the walls.
Conservatory: moss, flowers, ferns, oak trees and a central water channel with lily pads and sea lantern lighting.
Sky lounge: dark floor with glowing inlay, sofa groups with coffee tables, glass skylights in the roof.
Every floor has coffered beam ceilings, chain-hung chandeliers, and lantern lighting. Staircases connect all floors in every ring.
Grounds
The central courtyard has a pool and a pyramid-roofed pavilion with a small café counter. The gardens between rings have cherry and birch trees, hedges, benches, and lamp posts. Outside there is a paved plaza, five avenues, a promenade ring, small ponds, flower meadows, and about 340 trees.
Info
Format: .litematic (Litematica), data version 3955 (Minecraft 1.21). Size: 540 × 52 × 545. Needs a large flat area. Some blocks are unobtainable in survival, so creative mode is recommended.
