Description
A broad, steep step pyramid built entirely from tuff bricks and cobblestone, rising through seven distinct tiers that narrow sharply toward the top. The stone is a uniform cool grey, giving the structure a raw, unadorned appearance that evokes a genuinely ancient ruin. Each terrace ledge is edged with darker tuff trim, and small clusters of green foliage sprout from the corners and ledges of the lower tiers, suggesting centuries of abandonment and slow reclamation by the jungle. A central staircase climbs the front face from base to summit, where a small roofless ceremonial chamber sits atop the final platform, its walls partially crumbled and open to the sky.
