Description

Large townhouse style schematic built based off the Park House in Cardiff, Wales.

Schematic is comprised of four sections, containing the following:

1. Basement - Small forgery, bar and pool table.
2. Main floor - Living room, Dining room and Kitchen.
3. Second floor - Saloon/Bar, Lounge, Store room.
4. Forth floor - Two main bedrooms, one guest room.

Each floor except the forth floor houses several villagers for trading. Items offered are basic consumables and tools as well as custom gear.

The villagers have the invincible effect applied and are rendered immobile by having the attribute generic movementSpeed set to 0.

Bedrooms on the forth floor can house up to 6 players.

Place in urban settings for best effect. Set the schematic 2 blocks into the ground.

NOTE: The number of villagers in this building is 12. Iron Golems may spawn due to the relevant game mechanics.
