Need a way to turn on defenses when monster mobs spawn each night? This schematic shows how to use a dissipating redstone signal to calibrate the daylight sensor to the dusk-to-dawn timeframe. In addition, I've included an override switch which allows for the operation of your devices separately from the daylight sensor altogether.

| Congratulations neat solution. Not realising how the daylight sensor works I built a convoluted delay plus latch circuit. Which has problems on import enough said I will dump mine and use this. |
