A fully realized vineyard estate designed to function as both a working property and a detailed residential home.
The main house features a complete interior spanning four levels, with wine storage and loading areas on the lower floor, welcoming living spaces, a library, multiple bedrooms with private balconies, a large dining and meeting room, attic storage, and access to a scenic viewing tower. Each level is carefully connected and furnished to feel cohesive, practical, and lived-in.
Outside, the estate is surrounded by an expansive terraced vineyard that slopes down toward a large pond. The grounds include an open-air wine tasting pavilion, winding paths, seating and picnic areas, crop fields, flower gardens, custom trees, and several supporting structures. Smaller details such as storage areas, work spaces, vegetation, and decorative elements are spread throughout the landscape, tying the entire property together into a rich and immersive environment.
