What I built here is a 18 blocks wide and 18 blocks high pixel display, each pixel is 2 blocks high and 2 blocks wide. The display uses ROM to create words, letters, numbers basicly anything you tell it to. I have premade the word "hi" so you can just follow my example. I recomend building this thing in creative and setting tick rate high, i use 1000 tick rate but anything other works, if you use default tick rate, it just takes a while to load the pixels.
