Castle Gatehouse with 2 working portcullis and drawbridge
Section from my castle with a drawbridge and 2 portcullis. You can operate all 3 independently. Also has a prison chamber below the drawbridge; idea is you trap mobs between the 2 portcullis and then retract the drawbridge.
The mechanisms are located in 3 levels below the gatehouse.
All done with command blocks.
I can post schematics for the "naked" mechanisms (without the surrounding dirt and walls if needed); this can be easier to "slot in" under your own gatehouse, but takes careful measurement to get the relative positioning correct.
