Grand Hotel UPDATE NOTES: (schematic updated)
-Added missing tree line on the front of the hotel.
-Added missing large window design on the right hand side.
-Rooms have been completely furnished.
-Over 100 rooms have been added to the left wing which was previously entirely empty.
-Remains from the plot world path have been removed, and replaced with grass.
-Lighting problems have been addressed.
-Random missing blocks have been placed.
-Fixed relativity issue when pasting the schematic on plot worlds.
-Added a beach-style pool area on the downstairs lobby.
-Back staircase added for easy access to the top floor.
-Fixed inside design issue which was not even.

This hotel features over 300 rooms! This was made entirely by me and furnished by my awesome friends mentioned above. Features:

- A giant entrance with trees and pools.
- A front desk with the availability for several hotel staff.
- A complete dining area with tables, and a lunch line.
- Separate stairs that lead to each floor of the hotel.
- Beautiful design using sandstone and beacons.
- The size is huge and it looks fantastic!
- A huge chandelier in the lobby.
- Fully furnished.

I just spent a very long time rebuilding this entire thing one block at a time. (It's been years, because I lost interest for a while but recently came back). A very impressive build. The glass pane roof was wild. The amount of beacons was also wild. The lobby fountains and the exterior are my favourite parts.

Also, the beacons were an interesting choice back in the day lol (I wanted blue lighting but lanterns weren't available yet). I have a VERY stupid question i wanna get this and i'm getting MCEdit but does a schematic put the build down with all the blocks placed or is a schematic a blueprint? and you place the blocks where it shows you i am wondering i wanna make this in a minecraft survival server?

MooMooShroom13 Schematica is a blueprint mod that shows you where to place each block, it also comes with a printer function which makes it easier to finish the build. Schematica also shows how many of each block you need and you can build this with the whole build showing or layer by layer.

Really amazing architecturally. There are a few things that are not "real" world. Three separate stair cases one for each floor. No Bathrooms. Minor things. Otherwise an excellent huge accomplishment. I am saving this for my next world to build off of. Saving me mega hours of work. Really awesome.

Love it! Amazing work.
Slightly inappropriate sign for young ones in "Lollipops Room". I had to explain to my 7 year old what "Use Protection" means. I said, "Always wear armor when you're mining." Then quickly checked all 300 other rooms for other signs.

I apologize for this! When I had this on the server, some people had custom rooms. When I did the huge update, I thought those were taken care of. I will try to see if I can fix it and upload a new schematic. Once again, I apologize. I am glad you enjoyed the hotel!

The exterior look so sick from distance especially when you have faithful resource pack, but too many torch quite annoying me..
I'll give this 4.5 / 5

The interior rather spooky for me when I walk alone there..
I'll give this 3.8 / 5

I recommend download this for multiplayer server, maybe for hall, lobby or something.

Sorry you are having trouble getting this to work. It might be something wrong with your worldedit installation, or server files. This was tested several times on different servers to insure there were no problems. If you have any questions, let me know.

Perhaps he can use AsyncWorldEdit-Plugin?! With this Plugin your Server would not crash (my Server don't crashes with this Plugin and I can copy/paste many million blocks).

Hey! The file size is probably too large then. That would cause the crash in your server. Normally, it helps to pause your server while you post it. Also, once you do //paste just leave your computer alone for a while. It will eventually show up on it's own. Even if it is lagging. Email me if you have any other questions! Thanks for downloading

Hey.

This is awesome! Really love the design.

We have used Citizens2 Builder NPCs to construct the hotel and three of them are still working hard! I really think this is a EPIC web page and I recommend the Grand Hotel.

There are a few things that need fixing but honestly we don't mind. It's great to have such an awesome building to work with.

My son has already chosen his room.

I used MCEdit to make a giant hole under my house, then I put this is as my basement. It is amazing! I re-did the big letters on the front to MIDNIGHT. A good name for an underground hotel, whaddayathink?

There are definitely no red stone timers in this build. That must be a bug on your server maybe with a plugin. The only blocks this hotel really has are:
-sandstone blocks
- beacons
-iron
- white wool
-glass panes

What is all the massive amount of redstone timers for - Killing computers? They serve no purpose, they add no looks.
- or is it my server replacing some block that's supposed to be something else, with redstone timers?

In either case, my server decided to go disconnect-fantastic after throwing this in, has taken forever to try and tear it all down again with worldedit, between the dc's.

Mind you, I have not rated it, as it might be a bug on my side.

Don't get me wrong on this, it is a wonderful hotel. However, I had to fix quite a few things. Would have been better if it were complete. Also, Could you email me photos of the inside, specifically where the signs are?
