You can replace the barrels with shulkers or chests if you want to. Put any renamed item in the last 4 slots in the hopper which is facing the comparator.
Its just the design and the redstone mechanik you will have to put the items in the hopper.
You can stack it too but you need to switch the items then

In the hopper conected to the compatereter you need to put 64 of the item your want to sort and 4 items that are renamed in the 4 other slots |

you will put just 1 item in the first slot of the hopper then 4 renamed items in the other slots then when the 1. item you threw in gets the amount of 41 it will make the items in the chest (when it reached 41+ like when there are 42 1 is going in the chest) |
