On this site i think there only a schematic download for the house, for a schematic file you will need a program called mcedit to put it into your world.I might have a world download on pmc, if your not to keen with using mcedit.

its whatever you named it ie. if you named it house then you would use house.schematic, you just have to look in your schematics folder
