its for 1.20 or 1.19+ all you have to do is activate the lever to stop, right now in order to activate it you must flick the lever and you just have to take a furnace minecart and place it on the leaning down rail and you will know it works if you see the minecart pop up six times since there are only 5 in the dispencer :)
