Ended up building this block by block, and I agree with the other comments. Using infested blocks throughout the design isn't cool. And the schematic is only mostly finished, not what's shown in the image.

Very cool design! After having recreated it block-for-block, I loved the popup wall and secret bookshelf door. Interesting choice to use half infested bricks half normal for the staircase tower, and growing the vines was a pain. The ender eye design was also a lot of fun, and it was satisfying to finally place the water all the way at the top.

This build contains 711 infested stone bricks
select the edit with your world edit wand, and type //replace infested_stone_bricks stone_bricks
to fix the problem.

It's pretty sad that people who post schematics still do this dumb stuff. It's the equivalent of griefing every persons game who downloads it, and in my opinion should be removed from the schematic store

Very great build. I used it as a template for my nether castle build. Extended the walls a little and made it even, removed the clock and added an elytra take-off platform, and added a lava moat. Very solid build.

Small? Hah!
Still, a good build. Some pockets of spawnable darkness areas. The Gardener's Shack in the upper left gives a bit of trouble with its ladder/Trapdoor situation. Secret areas need a bit more delay on the redstone as door closes before getting to it 9/10 of the times.

amazing build is 62x62 squared when pasting you need to be 24 blocks from the surface as there is a basement so if you dig from wherever you want the grass level to be 24 blocks down

Excellent build - I am not creative enough to properly furnish it, however :P looks very nice and has a lot of potential for neat stuff/hidden areas.

On that note- Can I get your permission to borrow/modify your floating island (I will be changing almost all of it but nonetheless it is your base creation) for a big project I'm working on? Once finished I will upload here and mention your name as part of the credits.

Where to begin with this build...

The first 20 rows... were PAINFUL to watch being put down. A day later, that pain was gone and replaced with sheer amazement!

...this was built in the end, after providing a large building platform of Enderstone near the Obsidian Towers. The color palette used throughout was consistent and appropriate. The floating island was a nice surprise, and with the IronBlock Elevator mod, makes it reachable with minimal effort in (/gms mode)

I wanted this in the overworld as well, so I used WorldEdit to //copy & //paste it high in the mountains away from the gen pop area of my users. I'm adding Sentry melee guards and archers, a blacksmith within walls of castle... and will have some NPC villagers roaming with the help of Citizens2 mod.

My most favorite build from this site so far... by a longshot!

Something to note with this is a large majority of this is built out of silverfish stone, careful as this could easily take you out!

The question mark blocks are stone brick with silverfish if dont want silverfish dont use them use stone brick

@medomai No idea, I know that it was built during 1.4.6 and 1.4.7 other than that there would be no custom bricks.

I do have one question: When I import the .schematic file in Schematic2Blueprint, the program says that there are unrecognised bricks used in the castle. Any idea what they are?
